I think most career advice gets the direction wrong. The future belongs less to specialists than to people who can fluently translate between disciplines.

1. Strategy and execution,
2. Business and engineering,
3. Qualitative judgment and quantitative analysis.

I am Hendrik. I describe myself as a Strategic Technologist, combining a business degree with an engineering mindset.

Augmented intelligence, not artificial intelligence... That is the direction I am working in. The integration between human judgment and machine capability, on data strong enough to hold, is the practice I am training for. The early attempts live in projects.
